Thank you, Huron East

Thank you to every single person who took the time to vote, whether you voted for me or not. Your voice matters, and I'm here to represent all of Huron East.

To everyone who put up a sign, shared a post, came out to Candidate Conversations, or stopped me around town for a chat, thank you. And to all of you who spoke up for me to your friends, family, and neighbours, thank you for believing in me and spreading the word. Your support means so much to me.

Congratulations to all of our newly elected councillors, and thank you to every candidate who put their name forward. It takes courage to run, and our community is better for it. Thank you also to the Clerk's Office and municipal staff for running a smooth election.

I'm excited to get to work alongside Council, and as I promised, we'll make decisions together, on behalf of the people of Huron East. My door is always open, and I'm still listening.

And yes, Murphy is getting his ice cream.

With gratitude,
Alvin
